To maintain our standards we operate a system of continuous improvement, we consistently audit all facets of our service looking for areas where we can improve and update our practice. Staff are encouraged and facilitated to avail of continuous education training courses which add to the level of expertise within Castleross.

Feedback is one of the cornerstones of continuous improvement and we regularly consult with staff about what it's like to work here and the people who live here about what it's like to live here.

The people who live here also have regular forums chaired by relatives where they have the opportunity to voice their opinions in a protected environment.
